Your day might include:
Client Experience (40%)
Greeting clients, managing schedules, setting the tone from the moment the door opens.
Operations & Logistics (20%)
Studio upkeep, supply management, tech troubleshooting, and keeping the wheels turning.
Internal Communications (10%)
Supporting instructors, coordinating with managers, and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.
Special Projects (10%)
Assisting with events, workshops, or new rollouts — from teacher training to retreats.
Career Development (20%)
Cross-training, mentorship, and growing your skills in operations, marketing, or leadership.
