Sessions are 55 minutes.
WHAT DO I NEED?
ONLINE: You’ll need a Mat to pad your spine. Comfortable workout clothing and bare feet or sticky socks. That’s literally it.
IN-PERSON: Sticky socks, comfortable workout wear and a smile.

Our physical studios are open for Private training where you can use all of our authentic equipment. If you prefer an online session - we are happy to teach you by Zoom.
