Master Sessions give you direct access to top-tier instructors for expert assessment, precise corrections, and lasting insights that elevate every session and can spark real breakthroughs over time.
How to cancel a private session.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to review how Real Pilates® packages are designed to work—with flexibility, continuity, and our full team of expert trainers.
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking with the exception of Standing Sessions. All unpaid Standing Sessions are charged at 6 pm Monday - Friday or 1 pm on Saturday - Sunday the day before your session. If you have unpaid sessions on your account, any future bookings may be canceled within 24 hours if payment is not received.
Standing Session Policy:
Standing sessions are a commitment to your Pilates practice and progress. To ensure fairness and consistency, clients who cancel 40% or more of their standing sessions within any 3-month period will be asked to release their recurring time slot. We’re happy to help find a new time that better fits your schedule. Thank you for prioritizing your practice with us!
Timing matters
Clients arriving 5 minutes or more late will not be admitted. Please plan ahead!
Grip socks required
Full-coverage grip socks are mandatory for all classes. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.No recording
For the privacy and comfort of all clients, filming or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.Prenatal clients
Group classes, including this one, are not appropriate during pregnancy. Prenatal clients are warmly welcomed in Private or Duet Sessions.Sales policy
All sales are final. Packages may be transferred, but are non-refundable.
