REAL PILATES® - GROUP CLASS FAQ’s
Group Classes are not appropriate for expecting mothers.
Prenatal clients are encouraged to schedule Private or Duet Sessions throughout their pregnancy.All appointments are subject to a 12 hour cancelation policy. All bookings must be canceled online thru your Real Pilates Account. If you don't get a confirmation of your cancellation, your booking has NOT been cancelled. Please call us at (212) 625-0777 to confirm your cancellation.
Group classes have a 5-minute grace period. Real Pilates wants to keep you safe, strong, and set up for success! If you arrive for your class 5 minutes after the start time you will not be admitted to the class. Missing the warm-up means risking injury, and we’re here to help you stay healthy and moving your best.
Full coverage grip socks are mandatory for all sessions and classes at Real Pilates.
Please Go Scent-Free. Avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions when visiting the studio.
Real Pilates strictly prohibits clients from recording their classes in any form, including but not limited to video and audio recordings.
All sales are final. Series are transferable and non-refundable.
About Time Zones on the Real Pilates Schedule
Our class schedule automatically adjusts to the time zone detected by your device or web browser, which is typically your current local time.
If you’re traveling or using a VPN, you may notice the schedule shift to match the time zone your device is reporting.
This helps ensure that all clients—whether attending in-studio or online—see accurate class start times.
If you ever have questions or need assistance, our front desk team is happy to help.
ALL FIRST TIME VISITORS must take our Get Ready, Get Real group class or attend a 1:1 private session prior to attending any apparatus based group class. You will not be able to book any group classes until you have completed one of these prerequisites. If you have sufficient experience in Classical Pilates and wish to bypass the prerequisites, please complete our Done Pilates Before form. A team member will follow up with a decision within 48 hours
