Keren Feingold is a Lead Trainer at Real Pilates and educator in the Real Pilates Teacher Training Program, teaching both in NYC and internationally. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in pre- and postnatal Pilates, helping women safely return to fitness after childbirth.

She created the Mama Like Me training to bridge the gap between physical therapy and traditional workouts, offering a smart, safe approach to postpartum recovery. Keren holds certifications from the Pilates Method Alliance and the American Council on Exercise, and teaches in both English and Hebrew.
