ON THE FLOOR
Wear socks for your own hygiene and protection.
Safety means follow our instructions. All the time! Supervision is non-negotiable. Workouts take place under the careful eye of an instructor. No independent use of equipment is approved.
IN PERSON
Please be respectful of our team. In words and deeds alike. We ask for your patience as we multitask phones, texts, email and real live humans to assist and solve any and all issues.
ON THE PHONE
If there's a scheduling issue, we are here to help.
Please be patient as we sort through details and get things back on track. We know booking mishaps can be frustrating but your grace inspires us to move quickly and deliver the best possible service.
BY EMAIL
Stay subscribed. You might need to know if we are closed for that crazy blizzard. Make sure you have the correct email and that we have yours. When emailing please remember that our team works in shifts. When shifts change hands we may need to be reminded of prior issues.
